We are pleased to offer you telemedicine appointment options to access eye care and connect with your doctor from the comfort and safety of your home.

Appointments usually take about 15 minutes and are very easy to do from your smartphone, computer or tablet. No software downloads will be required. You’ll connect with your doctor just like you would with someone on applications like FaceTime. During this appointment you will discuss your eye health with your doctor, update any prescriptions if necessary and ensure that your overall health and well being is in a good place during this national crisis. These exams are also covered by insurance.

At the time of your scheduled appointment:

Please click on your doctor’s link below to access their virtual waiting room. Enter your name and press “check in” and your doctor will join you. If you enter the waiting room at a time other than scheduled, your doctor may not be available online. Appointments are required, please contact us to schedule or if you have questions at 225-924-2020.

Did you know? Symptoms of COVID-19 often present themselves first in the eye. By having a telemedicine appointment with our eye doctors, they can also check for the warning signs of the Novel Coronavirus. As local Emergency Rooms are very overwhelmed right now, it’s also best to call us first if you have any eye emergency.
